SADD members believe that alcohol, drugs, and other destructive decisions have a negative effect on the lives of students and their families. Members see the the connection between alcohol and drug use and the rise of crime in the cities of De Pere and Green Bay.
Therefore, SADD members would like to do their part in making our community alcohol and drug free. Members realize that committing themselves to making positive decisions will not always be easy in the face of peer pressure. Still, they are confident that responsibility and self-sacrifice will build personal pride, integrity, self-esteem, and save lives. Finally, SADD members commit themselves in word and action to the creation of a safe environment at West De Pere High School. As a community, SADD members profess to live, grow, and cope in positive ways.
