TASK  6
SCATTER PLOTS & LINE-BEST-FIT

From the internet, find a list of statistics (data) for something in the United States -- it could be a the deer population in Wisconsin; school population; it could be the population of a state or city; etc.  This data must show some type of trend over a period of time.  Also, this must be a totally different data type than yours in Task 5.  Print out the data -- this should not be more than one or two pages.

Put the data in a Scatter plot display and make a line-best-fit.  Be sure top label each scale with words and numbers.  Also be sure to give your graph a name.

Find the algebraic equation of your line (show work, of course) and then show an example of interpolation and an example of   extrapolation with your equation/data.

Explain your results.
