Mrs. Candy Heidersheid, has been married to her husband John for 21 years. She has two wonderful children, Amber and Aaron. Amber is 17 and a junior at Oconto Falls High School; Aaron is 14 and in 8th grade at Washington Middle School in Oconto Falls. Needless to say, the Sheids' favorite school colors are orange and black.
Interests
Mrs. Heidersheid enjoys watching football, wrestling, and baseball. She is an avid youth and high school wrestling fan (a self-proclaimed wrestling junkie). When she isn't supporting her son's teams, she is at West De Pere supporting the Phantoms. On Sundays during football season you will find Mrs. Heidersheid tuned in to the Packer games. But most of all, she enjoys spending time with her family.
Education
She attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater where she earned a bachelor's
degree in social studies. Mrs. Heidersheid also attended the
University of Oshkosh where she received her master's degree as a reading
specialist.
Mrs. Heidersheid grew up in Greendale, a
suburb of Milwaukee. Before coming to West De Pere, she taught drivers'
education at several suburban Milwaukee schools. She has been teaching at
West De Pere for 27 years.
