Ms. Hermsen

Ms. Hermsen grew up in Oconto, a small town north of Green Bay . In high school, she participated in volleyball, basketball, softball and golf. Her love of sports led her to UW-Stevens Point to pursue a degree in Physical Education and Health. While attending UWSP, she was a three-year starter on the Women's Fast pitch Softball team.

This is Ms. Hermsen's first year of teaching at West De Pere High School. It has been enjoyable and rewarding for her because of the wonderful students and supportive staff. Along with teaching Health and Physical Education, Ms. Hermsen coaches middle school volleyball and basketball as well as Junior Varsity softball.

During her time off she enjoys golfing, playing racquetball, running, biking, and spending time with her friends and family. She is the youngest of three sisters, who are also teachers. Her three nephews, Kyle, Jake and Luke are usually on the top of her priority list when it comes to planning her spare time.
