Coaching

Mr. McNabb is one of the West De Pere High School’s assistant football coaches and head girl’s track coach also. As a coach of high school students in various sports, my overall philosophy about coaching kids is to develop them first as good people contributing to the overall betterment of our community.

Furthermore, my approach includes the belief that every student entering my coaching endeavors will develop individual, both mentally and physically. Students will physically develop at different stages; however, their understanding of values, what’s wrong, and consequences will be enhanced during their time with the programs that Mr. McNabb coaches.
