Mr. Joe Rukamp
|
Mr. Rukamp, has proven to not only be a great teacher, but also a good role model for students. He has taken over the Chemistry area here at west and is looking forward to offering AP Chemistry to future students. Mr. Rukamp also is in his second year as the head baseball coach, where he strives to continue building a well-respected program. His motto in and out of the class room is "set goals and then work hard to achieve them, but have fun while doing it. He is respected among and faculty fo his easy-going, friendly attitude and his willingness to help others. Although he graduated from East De Pere, we are sure happy to have him here on the West Side! |
DID YOU KNOW......
- In high school, Mr. Rucamp and his wife, Stacy, started dating as sophomores at East De Pere High School.

He received only two B's during his years there and both were in...Science!

He was a member of a state championship football team in 1992.
- Mr. Rukamp graduated from Carthage College where he majored in Chemistry.
- During his time at Carthage, he played on the baseball team that made it to the World Series in 2001, finishing 4th!
- Mr. Rukamp grew up on the family dairy farm in Ledgeview.
- His role models are his parents.
