THE PHANTOM TIMES

The Phantom Times , "the student voice of West De Pere", is West De Pere's student newspaper.  Each issue of the paper is the result of the work of student writers, who usually get about two weeks to write articles.  On the due date, the articles are submitted to the editors who approve and edit the articles for publication. The Layout Editor then designs the issue and gets it ready for printing for West De Pere High School students’ reading enjoyment.
