Parents and Community Together

P.A.C.T. meets the second Tuesday of each month from 6:30 - 7:30pm in the library.  Our purpose is to fundraise to offset the cost of field trips, supplies, educational guest speakers, parent/teacher conference luncheon, 8th grade promotion, new student lanyards, and P.A.C.T. scholarship program for student volunteer activity.  P.A.C.T. meetings are open to parents, guardians, and faculty of West DePere Middle School.

Volunteer Sign Up Website

8th grade promotion is Monday, June 4th, 2018.  PACT will be looking for volunteers for the 8th grade promotion reception, and during the dance following the ceremony.  We will be needing parent volunteers to work the night of the promotion and/or getting supplies prior to the promotion. 

We will need minimum the following volunteers the night of the ceremony:
6 volunteers to set up 3:30 – 7pm
4 volunteers from 7 – 8:30pm
3 volunteers 8:30 – 10:30

P.A.C.T. Scholarship Program

PACT (Parents and Community Together) group is excited to announce a scholarship opportunity for West De Pere Middle School students. Does your child love to volunteer and help others? We want to congratulate and award those students that give of their time and talents to positively impact our community. Available to middle school students this year, your active parent club, PACT, and Schneider National is taking this opportunity to recognize students who have engaged in volunteer activities and demonstrated exceptional community service by sponsoring scholarships.

Individual scholarships will be awarded in 2017/2018 school year. Winners will receive Phantom dollars that can be used while the student attends West De Pere Middle School. Phantom dollars can be used toward any school fees such as: class fees, school supplies, field or class trips, lunch fees, dances, apparel or any activity fee during the school year.

You will find application forms and further information below. The student application deadline is January 31, 2018. Students are eligible for one scholarship per year.  All forms need to be completed & signed by the student, and also signed by a parent/guardian.

Faculty P.A.C.T. funds request form
Forms need to be completed & remitted to [email protected] by the 1st of the month to allow for requests to be reviewed prior to the PACT meeting.  Requestor or representative must be present at the P.A.C.T. meeting to formally present the funds request form incase parents would have questions.  Requests submitted after the 1st of the month will be reviewed at the next month’s P.A.C.T. meeting.
